In 1976 Gordon Wallace, who was a time served carpet and vinyl fitter, decided to go self employed working from his home in Hexham.  He was supported by his wife Bobby who kept the books. In 1983 Gary Wallace, Gordons youngest son qualified as a trained fitter and they started working together. In 1992 they purchased a warehouse in Hexham. As their reputation and business grew they employed other fitters to help them. The most experienced of these is Peter Buckham who now has over 30yrs fitting experience.

In 2005 they rented a new showroom in Hexham with the aim of further expanding the business and became a Ltd company.  We now employ a traineee fitter called Andrew and Gordon’s oldest son Rodney will be helping with the sales and enquiries.
